Is it just me, or has June felt like a bit of a long month? The rest of the year so far has flown by, but for some reason it feels like June has been dragging its heels a bit. But that’s OK, because some pretty sweet things have happened this month…so let’s get stuck in to June’s monthly faves!
seeing: penn & teller! this is 100% a highlight of this month. The show was AMAZING – you can read my review here
eating: bounce balls. I am a girl obsessed with Bounce Balls. Have you tried them? The almond ones are DIVINE. I usually snack on one after going to the gym, but I’ve started just eating them for the hell of it now because they’re just too good.
also eating: tapas. at the beginning of the month, we celebrated my dad’s birthday with some delicious tapas with the family and it was pretty damn lush tbh.
also also eating: at the annual street bbq. Every year we go to the street bbq on the street where Liam’s family lives. Top marks go to Liam’s mum’s key lime pie!
watching: curb your enthusiasm. we recently started re-watching curb your enthusiasm and I legit forgot how funny it is. Proper belly laughs in almost every episode.
embracing: counselling. It’s been a bit of a mixed journey recently with my counselling sessions, but I’m determined to make the most of them and keep at it. I plan on doing a bit of an update post soon once I have some time!
setting up: a new blogging community! If you haven’t seen already, I’ve set up a new blogging community to chat to fellow bloggers in a dramz-free environment. A few amazing people have joined already, but the invite is open to all bloggers…so get involved!
stepping up: my IG game. I’m actually really enjoying using Instagram at the moment, getting my head around how to grow engagement. The fact my followers keep bouncing up and down is hella annoying, but I’m proud of the content I’ve been posting – even if it isn’t perfectly themed! Follow me on instagram here.
playing: playstation vr. OK so I’ll admit when Liam said he was going to get the playstation vr I thought it would be a huge waste of money (but hey, his to waste so go ahead)…but OMG SUCH FUN. I got to be Batman…and you do really feel like you are actual Batman.
That’s it for jazzy June! What have you been loving this month?
